Privacy Policy

• Account details: your name, company name, email address, phone number, city and password (stored only in encrypted, hashed form).
• Data you add: enquiries, contacts, follow-ups, site visits, notes and similar records that you or your team enter, or that arrive from your connected websites and forms.
• Billing details: your plan, payment status and Razorpay payment and subscription IDs. Card, UPI and bank details are entered on Razorpay’s checkout and never reach our servers.
• Usage and security data: login times, IP address, browser type and activity logs, used to keep accounts secure and to fix problems.

• to provide the service and show your data to you and the team members you allow;
• to process payments and send payment confirmations and account emails;
• to prevent spam, fraud and unauthorised access;
• to provide support and improve the product.

We do not sell your information or use your customers’ data for advertising.

For the enquiries and contacts you store in BhoomiXon, your company decides what is collected and why; we process that data only on your behalf to run the service.

Only the service providers we need to run BhoomiXon:

• Razorpay, for payments and subscriptions;
• cloud hosting and database providers that store the data;
• email providers that deliver account and notification emails.

We may also share information when the law requires it.

We use your browser’s storage to keep you logged in and remember settings such as your email on the login page. We do not use third-party advertising cookies.

Data is sent over encrypted (HTTPS) connections, passwords are hashed, and each company can only see its own data. We keep your data while your account is active. If you ask us to delete your account, we delete its data within 30 days, except records we must keep by law, such as payment and tax records.

You can view and update your account details in the app. To get a copy of your data, correct it or delete your account, email support@bhoomixon.in.

If we change this policy significantly we will tell you by email or in the app. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
