Terms & Conditions

You must give accurate details when you sign up and keep your password safe. The person who creates the company account is its owner and is responsible for the users they add and for what those users do.

New accounts get a free 7-day trial. After that, continued use needs a paid plan as listed on our Pricing page. Prices exclude GST, which is added at checkout. Paid plans renew automatically each month or year until cancelled. Payments are processed by Razorpay; we do not store your card or bank details.

If a renewal payment fails, your account may be limited until payment is made. We may change prices with at least 30 days’ notice by email; the change applies from your next renewal.

You can cancel at any time. Refunds are handled as described in our Cancellation & Refund Policy.

The enquiries, contacts and other information you put into BhoomiXon belong to you. You are responsible for having the right to collect and use that information, including the consent of the people it is about. We use it only to provide the service, as described in our Privacy Policy.

You agree not to:

• use the service for anything unlawful, or to send spam or misleading messages;
• try to access other companies’ data or get around plan limits or security;
• copy, resell or reverse-engineer the service.

We may suspend accounts that break these rules.

We work to keep BhoomiXon available and your data backed up, but the service is provided “as is” and we cannot promise it will never be interrupted. We may update or change features over time.

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses such as lost profits or lost deals, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim.

You can stop using the service and ask us to delete your company’s data at any time. We may close an account that breaks these terms or stays unpaid, after giving notice by email where possible.

We may update these terms. If a change is significant we will tell you by email or in the app before it takes effect.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
